Tennille M. Thomas Fund

Tennille M. Thomas Fund

The Tennille M. Thomas Fund was created to commemorate Tennille M. Thomas’ legacy of generosity, support, and her compassion towards helping animals and people. The fund will be used to help support qualifying pet owners in need of covering medical expenses.  Symphony Mobile Veterinary Clinic will donate $1000 annually to the fund to support the Tennille M. Thomas Scholarship. This scholarship will be awarded to a deserving student every March 28th starting in the year 2025.

Tennille M. Thomas was born Tennille M. Roberts March 28, 1979 in Syracuse, NY. She was the oldest of five children, an incredible athlete, and an amazing saxophonist. Tennile was a very beautiful woman, inside and out, who enjoyed nature and surrounding herself with loved ones. She had a very outgoing personality and an incomprehensible love for people and animals. Tennille later married, had two wonderful children, and a Yorkipoo named Roscoe. She was a sweet and kind woman who believed in God and had a gift of making everyone around her feel special. She was a dedicated wife and mother and was beloved by all who knew her.

Tennille was diagnosed with end stage breast cancer in 2017 at the age of 38. Despite her many treatments, she continued to be the brightest light in the room. She still entertained guests, threw gatherings, went to work, cared for her children, called and visited her family and friends and became a published author. Tennille remained positive, never giving up hope, and stayed strong until the end. Tennile passed away in October 2020.
