How long will the appointment take

Appointment times can vary from 20 minutes to over an hour based on the nature of your appointment.

What if I think my pet might need sedation or surgery the day of the appointment?

Fast your pet the night prior. This means to withhold all food and water at midnight the night before your appointment.

Will you see my aggressive or fearful pet?

Our team is happy to treat all cats and dogs and strive to prevent and alleviate fear, anxiety and stress for our patients.  However, please let us know ahead of time if your pet is aggressive, fearful or anxious so that we can plan accordingly. This may include treats given during the exam, a muzzle placed prior to exam, or medications given prior to arrival or during the exam to allow for a stress-free visit. We will do our best to accommodate your pet’s needs.

What services are you unable to provide?

Due to being a mobile clinic there are some services that we are unable to provide.  Services that we do not provide include but are not limited to: hospitalization, emergency appointments, some invasive soft tissue surgeries, artificial insemination, ear cropping, declawing, most c-sections, and dental x-rays.

What is Your Cancelation Policy?

We understand how busy life can get and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please give us a 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment so that we can offer your appointment time to another patient in need of care. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in a $75.00 cancellation fee.
